Customer Reviews

"The place was nice inside and fixed up in Mexican food style. We went for breakfast and I dont know how long they have been serving it but it was mediocre at best. The lady that waited on us had way more interest in her phone then her tables. 1st and last time for me"

"Was their for my fiance Aunts 90th birthday. Area we used was a nice size for a large group. Plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We did not eat there. Had a pop that cost $ 4.50."

- Corena C.

"Salsa is puree tomatoes no flavor or spice. Food is just okay. Lacks personal touch the old location offered. Almost like a upscale Taco Bell. Hard to believe that Malina's use to set the Mexican Food standard in Blackfoot now it is almost embarrassing."

- Dev S.

"One of my favorite places in Blackfoot. They have moved to a new location that is pretty cool! Love the never ending chips with my meal!"

"We thought we would give Melina's a try for breakfast. YES, they now serve breakfast items. Sure glad we did. From the moment the few of us (few different groups) walked in, we all were greeted with a friendly hello and smile from a female waitress. Everyone was told to seat themselves. Not long after we all did, a gentleman came and took our drink orders. He too was great. Very friendly. (Meant to take a picture of their breakfast menu but forgot). $8.99~ "gabbys special" 2 pancakes (fluffy and yummy), hashbrowns, toast, 2 eggs and choice of meat- ham/sausage/bacon. She chose bacon and received 3 slices. $5.00ish~(can't remember the exact) half order of french toast (bacon, eggs and hashbrowns from above order was enough to be split with me). My daughter loves churros and asked for one. I told our female waitress (wish I would have got her name) and she informed me that they don't start making them until after 11:00 (when their lunch starts). I told her that was fine as I am sure we will still be there. She mentioned it to the cook that we wanted one and he said he would go ahead and do it at that time. (We did not have to wait the 20 mins until 11:00). Very much appreciated!! Very clean building and again, the staff was wonderful. All were friendly and very welcoming to everyone I saw arriving before and after we did. Already planning our next breakfast visit. "
